inset eyes,dark eyeliner,feathered brows and lashes,accented nostrils,closed mouth with
accented lips,ears pierced into head,mohair wig,cork pate,shapely kid poupee body with gusset-
jointed limbs,stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1.
Comments: French,circa 1868,the doll has head/shoulder plate articulation system deposed by
Dehors in 1867 giving the doll ability to tilt her head forward and side-to-side. Value Points:
very sturdy original body,antique silk costume.
