elongated throat,almond shaped blue glass enamel inset eyes,painted lashes and
brows,aquiline nose with accented nostrils,closed mouth with enigmatic smile,pierced
ears,blonde mohair wig,cork pate,original firmly stuffed muslin/linen body with shapely torso
and legs,slender ankles,kid arms with separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: D (head) Depose (forehead) 1 (inside wig). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru,his deposed
model of 1872 believed to portray the beloved French Empress Eugenie. Value Points: pristine
all-original condition,the beautiful poupee has fabulous original wig with original coiffure,and
is wearing her original ivory satin wedding gown of couturier quality decorated with Alencon
lace,silk braid and tiny orange blossoms,original earrings.
