Bisque socket head with elongated facial modeling,very full cheeks,blue glass inset eyes,mohair lashes,dark eyeliner,dark painted curly lashes,thick brush-stroked and multi-feathered brows,accented eye corners,shaded nostrils,open mouth,full lips with outlined detail,two square cut upper teeth,one square cut lower tooth,pierced ears,(new) brunette human hair wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed body,nicely costume in the antique style in rose silk and lace,antique undergarments and shoes. Condition: generally excellent,tiniest rim flake on left eye. Marks: S 16 H 939. Comments: Simon and Halbig,circa 1890. Value Points: very fine quality of bisque with rich lustrous patina,fine modeling including impressed dimples at chin,philtrim and lip corners.
