15" (38 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with untinted pale complexion portraying an adult lady,slender face,elongated throat,sculpted blonde hair waved loosely away from face into arranged coronet with sculpted hair band,long ringlet curls at back crown,defined ears and sculpted earrings,painted large blue eyes,red and black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,accented nose,closed mouth with center accent line,muslin stitch-jointed body,kid arms,antique silk taffeta gown and bonnet,undergarments,leather boots. Condition: generally excellent,tiny 1/3" firing line at back shoulder plate. Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: rarity factors include elaborate coiffure,sculpted earrings,and sculpted bodice with painted and beaded five-pearl necklace on blue ribbon tied at the back neck.
