Description
6" (15 cm.) Solid wax sculpted head with expressive features,tiny enamel eyes,strong nose,closed mouth,bald pate (slits at back indicating originally had hair),solid torso and legs,sculpted boots. Condition: very good,one hand and tip of left boot missing. Comments: early 19th century crib figure representing wealthy aristocrat. Value Points: original costume of rich brocades and silks with metallic trim.
