10" (25 cm.) Sculpted shoulder head of adult woman with finely rendered facial features and
expression,brown sculpted hair with woven braid coronet,painted downcast brown eyes,closed
mouth with solemn expression,elegantly shaped face,firmly stuffed cloth body and upper
arms,painted metal hands,carved wooden legs. Condition: generally excellent,silk apron frail.
Comments: Germany,mid-19th century. Value Points: very beautiful expression,finely sculpted
coiffure,posable arms,wearing fine original Bavarian folklore costume,and posed on original
painted wooden stand.
