5" (13 cm.) One piece all-bisque Kewpie with classic side-glancing eyes,impish smile,and blue
wings is posed standing at attention,one hand behind back,the right hand clasping a rifle,and
having black helmet with gilded eagle design and two red tassels from finial crest,along with
painted belt and sword. Excellent condition,few rubs on red tassels. Comments: Kewpie,designed
by Rose O'Neill,made in Germany,circa 1915. Value Points: rare model with sculpted helmet,rifle
and sword.
