9" (23 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with black sculpted hair in short center-parted style,waved behind the sculpted ears into short finger curls,painted large brown eyes with red and black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,accented nostrils,petite piquant smile on closed mouth,muslin body with (new) porcelain limbs,nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1860. Value Points: rarer prominent brown eyes,fine lustrous patina of porcelain.
