Solid domed paper mache swivel head with painted stylistic features of Becassine including little round eyes, high comma brows, button shaped nose and tiny dot mouth, on French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: very good/excellent. Comments: French, early 1900s. Value Points: rare doll with highly stylized features which are well-rendered, original French body and wearing original Becassine costume.
