6" (15 cm.) - 8". Each has bisque socket head with sculpted baby bonnet,sculpted tendrils of baby hair peeking from beneath bonnet edges,painted facial features,blue eyes,painted lashes and brows,closed mouth with smiling expression,original composition toddler or baby body,nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 22-14 (smaller) 28-7/0 (larger). Comments: Recknagel,circa 1920. Value Points: interesting variations on the bonnet theme include smaller child with pink scalloped edge bonnet and baby with white knit cap having blue pom-pom tip.
