18" (46 cm.) Pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate,oval-shaped face,with
hint of double chin,small blue glass enamel inset eyes,short painted lashes,feathered
brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,aquiline nose,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced
ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,kid gusset jointed poupee body with stitched and
separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose 4 (back shoulder plate).
Comments: French,the facial model resembles models signed L.D. for Louis Doleac,circa 1870.
Value Points: regal presence of the beautiful poupee with exceptional bisque and
painting,beautiful antique costume.
