19" (48 cm.) All wooden doll with socket head,carved facial features,intaglio blue eyes with large
black pupils and prominent white eye dots,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with
downcast lips,original tacked-on blonde mohair bobbed wig,spring-jointed body,holes in feet
for positioning. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (Schoenhut incised mark). Comments:
Schoenhut,circa 1912. Value Points: very expressive features achieved by fine sculpting and
well-preserved original painting and patina,original wig,dress,knit teddy,antique shoes.
