Pressed bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, pale blue glass enamel inset eyes, black curly lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with smiling expression, accented pale lips, pierced ears, wheat blonde hand-tied human hair wig over cork pate, French kid and wooden poupee body with square cut collarette, gusset- jointing, wooden arms and hands with dowel jointing at shoulders, elbows and wrists. Condition: generally excellent, one baby finger tip missing. Marks: F. Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, circa 1872, his deposed smiling poupee model inspired by Empress Eugenie, with original Bru poupee body in rare variation.
