Description
14" (36 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulder head,sculpted short brown hair in boyish style with
sculpted topknot curl,intaglio side-glancing painted eyes,painted lashes and brows,accented
nostrils of upturned nose,closed mouth modeled as though open with defined tongue,two rows
of tiny beaded teeth,kid pin-jointed body with bisque forearms,nicely costumed. Condition:
generally excellent,few tiny chips on finger tips. Marks: Heubach (square) Germany 8306.
Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1912. Value Points: delightful expression with crooked
impish smile,well defined dimples and laughter crinkles around eyes and mouth.
