15" (38 cm.) head circ. 22"l. Solid domed bisque head with flanged neck,sculpted hair in short
tight curls with forelock curl,brown glass sleep eyes,painted curly lashes,tinted brows,accented
nostrils,open mouth with outlined shaded lips,tongue,two porcelain lower teeth,cloth torso and
upper limbs,composition limbs,nicely costumed. Condition: bisque excellent,composition limbs
very worn. Marks: copr by Georgene Averill 1005/3652/5 Germany. Comments: "Bonnie Babe"
designed by American artist Georgene Averill,produced in Germany for Borgfeldt,circa 1925.
Value Points: wonderful large size with very fine quality of modeling and bisque.
