10" (25 cm.) Pink tinted bisque shoulder head with painted blonde boyish hair,deeply sculpted
facial features to depict a crying child,having intaglio squinting blue eyes,furrowed lines in
forehead and around cheeks and eyes,lightly feathered brows,closed mouth modeled as though
open,sculpted tongue,kid gusset jointed body,composition arms,nicely costumed in antique
gown,sweater,knit stockings,carrying toy wooden goose. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 0
Germany 7721 (?). Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1915. Value Points: rarer model with
superb detail of sculpting enhanced by fine quality of bisque.
