15" (38 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with amber tinted complexion,black painted hair
with shaded detail around the face,small brown glass sleep eyes,tinted black brows,painted
lashes,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with accent line between the lips,amber
tinted composition baby body,nicely costumed in cotton kimono and pants,slippers. Condition:
generally excellent,some light retouch to body finish. Marks: A M Ellar (in star) Germany H.K.
Comments: Marseille,circa 1920. Value Points: rare model in fine larger size with exemplary
quality of bisque and sculpting
