Description
15" (38 cm.) x 11" x 7". The wooden framed room with built in faux-fireplace,carved paneling
and four-paned window is filled with 25 silver miniatures,each of solid silver and each bearing
hallmarks; including desks,piano,paintings,birdcage,spinning wheel,fireplace
accoutrements,chandelier,grandfather clock,and more. Described as "authentic reproductions of
antique Dutch furniture" the room was offered as complete or as individual pieces of silver,circa
1980; an accompanying price list at that time indicates such prices as $220 for the clock and
$80 for the chandelier. Included are original paper documents and articles about the pieces.
