tiles, features four French floor-to-ceiling paned windows on the first floor centering a pair of
double glass doors. There is a porch on either side of the front windows with a fancy spindled

sides of the exterior are trimmed with trellises. A bird roost decorates the roof line. The
interior features six rooms including the foyer; there is a toilet room, and a staircase between

on walls and floors, and some original lace curtains. Condition: played with, and in need of
restoration, albeit many original elements remain on the rarely found house. Pencil script mark
"6337" on underside. Gottschalk,circa 1910.
