forelock and topknot under original mohair wig decorated with silk ribbons,painted side-
glancing googly eyes,dash brows,tiny button-shaped nose,thin line impish smile,blue
wings,Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O'Neill (feet). Comments: Rose O'Neill,produced in
Germany,circa 1912. Value Points: wonderful size enhances the fine quality of bisque and
painting,original rare wigs,wearing amusing antique silk costumes of boy and girl.
