18" (46 cm.) Pale bisque shoulder head with oval shaped face and very elongated throat,sculpted
brown hair waved to sides of face and behind the ears,one long ringlet curl falling to each side of
face,and the remainder of her hair captured in a sculpted black snood trimmed with gilt edging
and white tassels and ribbons,painted facial features,blue eyes in very deeply defined
sockets,red and black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,accented nostrils of aquiline
nose,closed mouth with hint of smile on accented lips,muslin stitch-jointed body,leather
arms,lovely antique gown and undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Comments:
Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: rare model with superb detail of sculpting on the brown
hair,rare coiffure,unique expression.
