Description
24" (61 cm.) The wooden-framed toilette table with curved front table top and lower shelf has attached pear-shaped mirror beneath a high arched canopy, and is completely upholstered in original rose patterned muslin with lace and braid trim; the table top is laid with various silver-plated miniature toiletry articles. Excellent condition, fabric a bit dusty. French, circa 1880, the lavishly-fitted toilette tables were presented at prestige shops such as Au Nain Bleu and in French Etrennes catalogs.
