Description
6.5" (17 cm.) One piece bisque head and torso with plump facial modeling, painted blue side-glancing googly eyes, black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, rounded nose, closed mouth with shy smile, brunette mohair wig, loop-jointed bisque arms and chubby toddler legs, painted white socks with double orange rims and black one-strap shoes, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent, chip at left shoulder of torso. Comments: circa 1915,based upon the drawings of Grace Drayton. Value Points: excellent quality of little googly with unusual painting of socks, fine quality of bisque.
