Description
6.5" (17 cm.) One piece bisque head and torso with plump facial
modeling,painted blue side-glancing googly eyes,black upper
eyeliner,single stroke brows,rounded nose,closed mouth with
shy smile,brunette mohair wig,loop-jointed bisque arms and
chubby toddler legs,painted white socks with double orange
rims and black one-strap shoes,nicely costumed. Condition:
generally excellent,chip at left shoulder of torso. Comments:
circa 1915,based upon the drawings of Grace Drayton. Value
Points: excellent quality of little googly with unusual painting of
socks,fine quality of bisque.
