3" (8 cm.) One piece all-bisque figure of crawling baby with highly characterized facial features, painted googly eyes, wide ear-to-ear beaming smile, pronounced topknot, sculpted costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1920, possibly representing the baby from the early comic strip "The Newlyweds". Value Points: rare and delightful comic character.
