4" (10 cm.) All-bisque Kewpie with jointed arms, painted right- glancing googly eyes, painted classic Kewpie hair and blue wings, painted socks and black bow-tied shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O'Neill (feet). Comments: Germany, for Rose O'Neill, circa 1912. Value Points: rare original blue woolen policeman's uniform with gold belt, cap, depicting English Bobby, rare painted shoes and socks.
