3.5" (9 cm.) One piece all-bisque figure of seated baby with sculpted blonde curls peeking from beneath a sculpted cap, painted facial features, blue side-glancing eyes, dash brows, closed mouth with beaded teeth, curled toes, right arm lifted to face. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1920, probably Hertwig. Value Points: rare little googly fellow with sculpted cap.
