Description
4" (10 cm.) One piece all-bisque figure of standing Kewpie with arms held at side, having right-glancing googly eyes, blue wings, red-crowned helmet with wide black decorated band, painted belt and sabre, sculpted supply sack at his feet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O'Neill (feet). Kewpie Hero (paper label on chest) (paper label on back torso). Comments: Germany, for Rose O'Neill, circa 1914. Value Points: rare model with helmet, sabre, sack, original labels.
