arms,top knot,forelock curl,right side-glancing eyes,dash
brows,smile,blue wings. Condition: generally excellent. Marks:
O'Neill (feet). Comments: designed by Rose O'Neill,made in
Germany,circa 1915. Value Points: rare painted socks and black
shoes with little party bows.
