4" (10 cm.) One piece all-bisque standing Kewpie, glancing to the right and downward, clasping an oversized guitar, and posed alongside a white bisque "egg-shell" designed for use as candy container. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4854 (incised). Comments: Germany, designed by Rose O'Neill, circa 1912. Value Points: rare action model of Kewpie with beautifully painted guitar, designed as novelty candy container.
