Bisque socket head with sculpted blue top hat decorated with a star-studded darker blue band, sculpted blonde hair, painted brown side-glancing googly eyes, painted lashes and brows, closed mouth with impish grin, accent line between the lips, composition five piece toddler body with side- hip jointing, wearing cream satin jacket, striped pants. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Dep Elite U.S. 1. Comments: Max Handwerck, from his series of helmet googlies, the model representing United States of America.
