Description
4" (10 cm.) Each is all-bisque with very chubby body and face, painted brown hair, painted facial features with googly shaped eyes and tiny beaded teeth, painted costumes, shoes and socks, jointed arms. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: the Happifats Children, designed by Kate Jordan, created in Germany, circa 1915, for Borgfeldt. Value Points: wonderful character definition including variations in hair painting and costumes.
