Bisque socket head with solid dome, painted blonde topknot, forelock curl, and side curls, brown glass side-glancing googly eyes, dot brows, thick black eyeliner, dark upper eye shadow with highlight lashes, button-shape nose, closed mouth with thin line wide smile, modeled blue wings below the ears, composition five piece toddler body with starfish-shaped hands, side-hip toddler legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Ges Gesch O'Neill JDK 10 (head) O'Neill (signature on foot). Comments: Kewpie, designed by Rose O'Neill, the rare composition toddler body model, circa 1912, with superb quality of bisque and painting, original body and body finish, blue wings rare on this model.
