Description
6.5" (17 cm.) Bisque socket head, sculpted short brown boyish hair in side-parted fashion with defined curls, painted blue side-glancing eyes in large round shape, upper eyeliner and lashes, one stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with impish smile, five piece paper mache body, painted white socks and brown one-strap shoes, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 253 A 11 M Germany DRGM. Comments: Marseille, circa 1920. Value Points: wonderful quality of bisque enhances the endearing expression.
