3" (8 cm.) One piece bisque head and torso, painted blonde hair in unusual broad strokes, painted facial features with very devilish expression, side-glancing googly eyes, high angled brows, closed mouth, pin-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted white socks and blue ankle boots. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4/0 Germany. Comments: circa 1915. Value Points: rare little character with delightful expression.
