4" (10 cm.) All-bisque couple of very chubby man and woman
with highly characterized facial features,each with single
forehead lock of curl,painted googly downcast eyes with white
eyedots,smiling expression with beaded teeth,sculpted
costumes,jointed arms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: c.
(circle). Comments: made in Germany,circa 1915,for
Borgfeldt,based upon the illustrations of Kate
Jordan,trademarked as Mr. and Mrs. Happifats. Value Points:
delightful pair of characters with artist designs.
