Description
10" (25 cm.) x 9" card. Still tied to their original heavy card
paper backing are 15 all-bisque animal caricatures,each with
attached nodding head,depicting amusing pigs,cats,dogs and
elephants with painted googly eyes,some with original paper
flowers or silk ribbons. Condition: generally excellent.
Comments: Hertwig,circa 1915,the factory sample cards were
displayed in the factory show rooms or at exhibitions,showing
all possible variations of a model. Value Points: rare sample card
with delightful figures.
