Description
5" (13 cm.) Each is one-piece figure of highly characterized action baby, sculpted blonde hair with topknot curls, viz. scowling baby with intaglio side-glancing eyes and body posed as though ready to fight, and another seated baby with frightened expression and arms posed as though backing away, ankles curled. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 9744 (scowling) (974?, scared) Heubach (square). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: wonderful characterization includes both facial expression and body poses.
