Description
4" (10 cm.) Each is bisque figure of Kewpie with painted side-
glancing googly eyes,blue wings,including Kewpie Farmer with
bisque sculpted sun hat,right hand held to the side and clasping
a wooden rake; and a classic standing Kewpie with jointed arms.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O'Neill (feet). Comments:
designed by Rose O'Neill,made in Germany,circa 1912. Value
Points: rare action Kewpie Farmer,and standing Kewpie with
original painted shoes and socks,red heart paper label,and
original cotton Shaker costume.
