Bisque socket head, rounded facial modeling with plump rosy cheeks, large round blue glass sleep and side-glancing googly eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly upper lashes, side-angled feathered brows, tiny button-shaped nose, closed mouth with slightly upturned accented lips, original blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: A made in Germany 5 JDK 221 Ges Gesch. Comments: Kestner, circa 1912, their googly model inspired by the glass-eyed Kewpie which the firm also produced at the same time.
