4.5" (11 cm.) The metal desk has rich sculpted detail of the writing surface and draw fronts, and an elaborately carved back. The desk rests upon boldly curved cabriole style legs with embossed reptilian design, and there are three opening drawers. Excellent condition. Circa 1880.
