Description
8" (20 cm.) Standing tin lithographed figure of Charlie McCarthy
with classic gentleman's formal costume,his name printed on the
top hat,having hinged jaw and oversized feet. When wound,his
jaw moves frantically up and down as though talking rapidly,and
he sways from side to side. Marked "Marx" on the back,and
preserved in original box with illustrations of Edgar Bergen and
Charlie. Excellent condition. Marx,circa 1940s.
