18" (46 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder
plate,blue glass enamel inset eyes,dark eyeliner,painted
lashes,arched feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye
corners,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced ears,brunette
human hair over cork pate,all-wooden body with shapely
torso,dowel-jointing at shoulders,elbows,wrists,hips and
knees,pivot jointing at upper arms and upper legs. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: 4. Comments: circa 1870. Value
Points: very beautiful face enhanced by wonderful sculpting of
curvaceous wooden body,extra articulation at upper arms and
legs,included is antique silk and velvet gown,wooden handled
parasol,leather boots,straw bonnet.
