Description
Each is composed of intricate and delicately colorful petit point patterns, the sac with woven braid handles and edging, and a maroon silk twill base and draw-string inner sac; and the slippers with tacked-on soft leather soles, padded silk lining, and silk pleated ruffle around the edges. Near mint condition. Circa 1863.
