Description
16" (41 cm.) Standing upon a red velvet covered platform is a
bisque head doll with bright blue glass eyes,painted lashes and
brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,open
mouth,teeth,pierced ears,auburn mohair wig,carton torso,wire
upper arms and legs,bisque hands. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: F.G. (scroll,on doll). Comments: attributed to
Renou,circa 1895,when wound,two tunes play,the doll turns her
head side to side and alternately lifts her arms. Value Points:
pristine condition,the little girl wears rich rose silk satin
dress,lace edged silk apron,lovely music.
