Description
12" (30 cm.) Paper mache bunny is lavishly covered with white fur, has amber glass eyes, floppy ears, and is posed standing, holding knitting work in its hands. When wound, the bunny should vigorously move arms up and down, turning head, as though knitting. Condition: structurally excellent, mechanism needs review. Marks: R.D. (key). Comments: Roullet et Decamps, circa 1900. Value Points: amusing automaton with well-preserved structure, fur, and accessories.
