Very thick paste porcelain shoulder head with pink tinted complexion, head sculpted downward, deeply sloping shoulders, painted bright blue round eyes, black and red upper eyeliner, short feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accent line between the rich red lips, blushed cheeks, original brunette human hair hand-tied wig, muslin torso and upper limbs, thick paste porcelain arms to above the elbows, lower legs, bare feet, cupped hands, antique gown, undergarments, bonnet, locket. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 111 (ink script inside shoulders). Comments: Royal Copenhagen Porcelain of Denmark, circa 1850. The doll appears in Lady Dolls of the 19th Century by Florence Theriault. Value Points: very rare porcelain model with beautiful complexion, all original body and porcelain limbs.
