38" (97 cm.) h. x 36"w. x 23"d. A light-wood dollhouse has faux-brick finish and applied wood trim at all corners to simulate stone. There is a wrap-around porch with four carved columns and a fancily spindled railing; and a second floor balcony,seven exterior steps lead to the extremely ornate front door with decorative fan light,and there is lattice at the roof peak and edges,2 chimneys and 21 windows including 3 "stained glass" windows. The interior two stories have four rooms with central staircase,lithographed tile floors throughout,and floral wall paper. Fair condition,a beautiful house in as found condition,worthy of restoration. Late 19th century.
