eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,mauve blushed eye
shadow,brush-stroked and feathered brows,accented eye
corners,shaded nostrils,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced
ears,blonde human hair over original Steiner pate,Steiner
composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: Sie C (incised) J. Steiner Bte SGDG
Bourgoin (red ink script). Comments: Jules Steiner,Series C,circa
1884. Value Points: very rare exhibition size model of the
wistful-faced child with superlative quality of bisque,modeling
and painting,original body and body finish,beautiful antique
pique costume,straw bonnet,shoes,undergarments; few
examples of this size model are known to exist.
