Description
15"(38 cm.) w. x13"d. x 9"h. (21"h with lid open). In an ornately carved case with rich dark finish
featuring latticework,scrolls,and foliage with a rosette centering the lid,medallions on all sides
and the figure of a goddess on front and back,the music box lid opens to reveal the musical
movement surmounted by an engraving of a goddess surrounded by cherubs. The movement
features double combs of 54 notes each,making for a full,round sound that is vigorous for a
music box of this size. Very good playing condition,excellent condition of the cabinet.
