13" (33 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, cobalt blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, kid gusset-jointed body, antique silk costume. Condition: bisque excellent, body is somewhat worn. Marks: 1. Comments: French, circa 1860. Value Points: charming pert expression on the early poupee with brilliant cobalt blue eyes.
